Fleming Avenue number D48 is filed at $4,000, two bedrooms and one bath, 784 square feet, seller not stated. Big Bear Path number 24 is filed at $6,000, two bedrooms and two baths, 1,534 square feet, Sandra Bergman of Cove Communities. The sizes are far apart. They should not be averaged into an Ormond Beach home.

Volusia is not a brand assignment. It is a county with two rows this week. Cove Communities also appears on southwest Florida rows under Sunsets. The repeated name is a breadcrumb, not a statewide rent.
