Port Richey
Port Richey is in Pasco County on this note because that is the ordinary county for the city name, not because a surveyor checked the lot. The rows below are the ones on the Florida Escapes weekly file. OpsWatch has not cleared them. A candidate page match, where one was fetched elsewhere, is not confirmation the home is available.
- 9125 Daniel Ave #35, Port Richey. File price $6,000. Beds 2, baths 2, square feet not on file. Seller line on file: Judy Klingensmith, Shalimar Village. Not source-checked. Individual listing URL not on file.
- 9100 Daniel Ave #58, Port Richey. File price $7,500. Beds 1, baths 1, square feet not on file. Seller line on file: Judy Klingensmith, Shalimar Village. Not source-checked. Individual listing URL not on file.
- 9013 Robert Ave #109, Port Richey. File price $10,000. Beds 2, baths 1, square feet not on file. Seller line on file: Judy Klingensmith, Shalimar Village. Not source-checked. Individual listing URL not on file.
Port Richey is the Pasco cluster on the Escapes file, and Pasco is the coverage priority Darin named because Hudson is the base of Florida Mobile Home Solutions. Three rows name Judy Klingensmith of Shalimar Village. Two are on Daniel Avenue, $6,000 and $7,500, and one is on Robert Avenue at $10,000. Every size is blank. Beds and baths are filled in and still unverified. Shalimar Village is a seller-line phrase, not a packet of park rules.
Hudson is not one of these addresses. Brenton Basinger is not marked approved, and no telephone number is printed for him. North of Tampa Bay is already the Escapes geography, so Port Richey does not require a new region to be listed. It does require us not to skip the county while the regional map is still unchosen. Zephyrhills, the other Pasco row this week, is on Dreams because of size.
Send a lead
Send the details below through the same lead relay used on our other sites. It goes to the business inbox until a DC-approved broker is in place. No broker has that label yet. A relay reply is not proof the inbox received it, and it does not schedule a callback or record a call.
Call Now uses the same line as our other sites. This page does not promise a recording, a return call, or a broker assignment.
